The mat arrives rolled and packaged in a protective plastic bag for convenient storage and transportation. The border may not lay completely flat when first unrolled, but it will typically relax and flatten with regular use.

SI Signature™ faux leather features a flexible leatherette profile with a subtle grain texture and leather-look playing surface. The material is approximately 0.97 mm thick, with a soft polyester knit backing that helps protect your table.
Please note that this is intentionally a thin leatherette mat—not a thick, padded, cushioned, or neoprene-style mat. The slim profile creates a sleek, streamlined tabletop appearance, but it may not be the right material for every player. Movement may vary depending on your table surface and personal style of play.
The Finish
The wipe-clean, mold- and mildew-resistant surface is designed for easy care. Its smooth matte finish allows tiles to move across the surface without the padded or cushioned feel of neoprene.

Storage
Your mat arrives rolled in a protective plastic sleeve. After unrolling, place it flat on a clean, smooth surface and allow 24–72 hours for the material to relax.
Do not fold, iron, steam, or expose the mat to high heat.

This mat is made from a thin, approximately 0.97 mm leatherette material. It does not have the thickness, weight, padding, cushioning, or rubber backing of a neoprene mat. The slim leatherette profile is not for everyone.
Customers who prefer a thicker, cushioned, or more stationary playing surface may prefer one of our 3MM neoprene mats instead.
