Production begins after order details and artwork are confirmed. Typical production timelines vary and will be communicated based on the specifics of your order.

For custom and wholesale orders, timelines may vary based on quantity and complexity.
Shipping Time

Once production is complete, orders are shipped from our U.S. facility. Shipping times vary based on destination and selected shipping method at checkout. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout where available. Shipping carriers may vary depending on destination and order size.
Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Mahjong by SI is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier. Mahjong by SI is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other transit related issues. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim when applicable.
Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

  • photos of the packaging

We will review and determine the appropriate resolution.
Wholesale Orders
