Our team checks the file sizing, resolution, and production readiness before printing.

Production begins after your file is reviewed and approved. Your mat is designed and printed in the USA.

File Guidelines
Neoprene Style
  • For the 20" mats, set the file size to 20.25" x 20.25".
  • For 31.5" mats, set the file size to 31.80" x 31.80".
  • For 33.5" mats, set the file size to 33.80" x 33.80".
  • Bleed is approximately 0.25". The visible area is the final mat size.
  • Please upload 300 DPI PNG files.
  • Low-resolution screenshots, blurry images, or images pulled from social media may not print clearly.
  • Borders should be no less than 1.75 inches wide.
  • Text or image details that you wish to be visible should be placed at least 1.5 inches from the edge of your design.
  • Please note, 100% black, 100% red, or 100% blue placed directly next to white may create bleeding. Avoid 100% saturation of dark colors in your designs.
  • Custom artwork must be owned by the customer or properly licensed for use.
  • For custom mats using your own artwork or logo, you retain the rights to your original design.
  • We do not reproduce, resell, or add customer-submitted custom artwork to our retail collection without permission.
  • Once the files are uploaded, we’ll review them for sizing, resolution, and production readiness. From there, we’ll prepare the final product setup through our upload process and send anything needed back to you for approval before the collection goes live.
