File Guidelines – Neoprene Style

For 20" mats, set the file size to 20.25" x 20.25".

For 31.5" mats, set the file size to 31.80" x 31.80".

For 33.5" mats, set the file size to 33.80" x 33.80".

Bleed is approximately 0.25". The visible area is the final mat size.

Please upload a 300 DPI PNG file.

PNG files only.

Low-resolution screenshots, blurry images, or images pulled from social media may not print clearly.

Borders should be no less than 1.75 inches wide.

Text and important image details should be placed at least 1.5 inches from the edge of your design.

Please note that 100% black, 100% red, or 100% blue placed directly next to white may create color bleeding. Avoid using fully saturated dark colors directly next to white in your design.

Custom artwork must be owned by the customer or properly licensed for use.

For custom mats using your own artwork or logo, you retain the rights to your original design.

We do not reproduce, resell, or add customer-submitted custom artwork to our retail collection without permission.

Please carefully review your completed design before uploading it. We do not send a proof because we are printing the file exactly as you provide it. Our design team will review your file for sizing, resolution, and production readiness and will contact you only if there is an issue that may affect printing or production.

A Note on AI-Generated Images

Tools such as ChatGPT and other AI image generators may create images that are too low in resolution for large-format printing. If your design was created using an AI tool, please make sure it meets the 300 DPI requirement before uploading. When in doubt, rebuild or finalize your design in Canva.
