Refund policy

At Mahjong by SI, all products are made to order with a focus on quality and precision.

Because of the custom nature of our products, our return and refund policy is designed to reflect both the production process and the need to maintain product integrity. 

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.

Due to the custom and made to order nature of our products, we do not accept returns on:
custom designs, personalized items, wholesale or bulk orders

For non-custom retail items, return requests may be considered on a case by case basis.

To be eligible for consideration:

• items must be unused
• items must be in original condition
• return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

All return requests must be approved before items are sent back.
