File requirements: PNG files only, 300 DPI minimum. Your file should be sized, centered, and positioned exactly how you want it to print.

Need an easy way to get started? We recommend Canva to build your artwork, add text, upload photos, logos, or graphics, and arrange everything on your mat layout. Once your design is complete, download it as a PNG and upload it here.

Please avoid uploading screenshots, low-resolution images, blurry photos, or images pulled from social media as they will not print clearly.

A note on AI-generated images: Tools like ChatGPT and other AI image generators typically produce files that are too low in resolution for large-format printing. If your design was created using an AI tool, please verify it meets the 300 DPI minimum before uploading. When in doubt, rebuild it in Canva.
